a few weeks late but… Hannah is getting married! The only thing better than one HoM wedding is 2! We love going through the whole bridal experience together as sisters - nothing could be better than to share this with your best friend!

Alex has always been a great help with Hint of Mint, and he’s taking on his first official market today - fingers crossed that he can handle the chaos!

It’s the new year, which means we’re being bombarded by ads for diets (thank goodness for the block button). We’d love to remind you that the kindest thing you can do for yourself and others this time of year is cut diet talk out of your vocabulary. And if you try to convince us that it’s ~not a diet~ because it has a fancy name like wellness challenge or lifestyle plan (looking at you, Noom 👀), if you’re restricting with the goal of losing weight, it’s a diet. Diet talk can be super triggering to anyone in active eating disorder recovery and is just overall not fun to be around, so keep it to yourself this year, please and thank you!

So many times when big things happen, there’s not a lot we can do about it. It’s hard to know how to directly help the people hurting in Haiti and Afghanistan right now. Protecting ourselves and others from COVID by getting vaccinated and wearing masks is something we absolutely can do. It’s been a long road, but this is our best tool for success. If you’ve already gotten your shot, thank you, and keep encouraging your friends and family to do the same. If you haven’t yet, today is a great day to do what you can to help the folks around you.
