Rustic Mediterranean Bread and Hummus Board
Ingredients

Bread Selection

1 rustic sourdough loaf, sliced

2 warm pita breads, cut into wedges

1 cup toasted crostini

Flatbread crackers or pita chips

Hummus Selection

1 cup classic hummus

1 cup roasted red pepper hummus

1 cup garlic herb hummus

Fresh Components

1 cucumber, sliced

1 cup cherry tomatoes

1/2 cup kalamata olives

1/2 cup green olives

1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

Fresh parsley and basil

Toppings & Garnishes

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp chili flakes

2 tbsp toasted pine nuts or pistachios

Optional Add-Ons

Stuffed grape leaves

Roasted red peppers

Feta cheese cubes

Honey drizzle

Directions

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Warm pita bread for 5–7 minutes until soft and lightly toasted.

Toast sourdough slices or crostini lightly if desired.

Spread hummus varieties into shallow bowls or directly onto the board.

Drizzle olive oil over hummus and sprinkle with smoked paprika and chili flakes.

Arrange bread, pita wedges, crostini, and crackers around the hummus.

Add cucumber, tomatoes, olives, and red onion across the board.

Top hummus with toasted pine nuts or pistachios.

Fill remaining spaces with optional grape leaves, feta cubes, roasted peppers, or herbs.

Serve immediately while bread is warm.

Warm Baked Brie with Figs and Pecans

Ingredients:

8 oz wheel of brie cheese
4 fresh figs, halved (or ½ cup dried figs, chopped)
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp chopped pecans
Crackers or sliced baguette, for serving

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Place the wheel of brie on a parchment-lined baking sheet or in a small ovenproof dish.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, until the cheese is soft and melty in the center.
While the brie bakes, toast the chopped pecans in a dry skillet over medium heat for 2–3 minutes, stirring often until fragrant.
Remove the brie from the oven and carefully transfer to a serving platter.
Top with halved figs (or chopped dried figs), drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with toasted pecans.
Serve immediately with crackers or sliced baguette.

Ingredients:

2 ripe avocados (sliced)
1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
8 oz fresh mozzarella balls
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves

For Dressing:

2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp basil pesto
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions:

Arrange sliced avocado, cherry tomatoes, and mozzarella on a plate.
Scatter fresh basil leaves on top.
In a small bowl, whisk olive oil, pesto, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Drizzle dressing evenly over the salad.
Serve immediately for best freshness.
