We had the absolute joy of outfitting Guinness again but this time for PRIDE. We designed a bold, wrapping, rainbow “curtain” using all eleven Pride colors to honor equality, love, and the beautiful spectrum of identity. ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🤎🖤🤍💗💓

So... we did a thing.💫

Some of you know I designed our original logo myself. Five years ago, I invested in a rebrand (gah, it cost so much $$) that just didn’t land-so we scrapped it and went back to the OG. But as I started envisioning LUFT 2.0 and our next five years, I knew it was time. A true brand refresh. A real one.

Enter (our dream buildout team) and the insanely talented , who brought fresh eyes and brilliant design to help us evolve. This new look marks a big step forward for LUFT. Bold. Confident. Exactly who we’re becoming.

We started a really interesting conversation in stories that I wanted to bring here. So many of us define our success by what we accomplish. It’s been near impossible for me to not equate my value and worth to LUFT’s bottom line. After all, it’s been drilled in us that growth is the epitome of successs.

But the truth is, small businesses—and the economy—ebb and flow, bringing extreme highs and lows. If we tie our worth to that rollercoaster, we’re riding it every day.

My goal is to figure out how to step off. How to find contentment without constant “success.” How to detach. If anyone has cracked the code, please share in the comments—we could all benefit from your wisdom.
