Ever since her childhood on a sustainable Wisconsin farm, Katherine Duncan of Katherine Anne Confections has been creating local and organic-focused truffles and caramels. Twist-on-traditional flavors include Toasted Coconut Rum, Cherry Amaretto, and Citrus truffles in addition to Honey Vanilla and Rosemary Sea Salt caramels. Confections are created entirely by hand in small batches. Ingredients are selectively chosen for the highest quality, with a focus on local, organic, and fair-trade. We use local wildflower honey instead of corn syrup - no corn syrup is allowed to enter our kitchen! Only real ingredients that are Grandma-approved. Packaging is recyclable, biodegradable, and compostable. All gift boxes are handmade in a fair-trade company with treeless paper. Favors and sweets tables are available for weddings and events of all sorts. Gift boxes can be shipped nationwide for individual or personalized corporate gifts. Be sure to check out our truffle-making parties, perfect for bachelorette, ladies night out, or social/networking events.
