Hello Everyone,

Our craft for the week is a horse paper plate.

1. Paint your plate brown.
2. Once dry, cut the plate in the shape of a horse.
3. Use a paint markers for the mouth.
4. Add a googly eye for the eye.
5. Cut strips of brown yarn for the hair. Line them up on the back of plate and tape them down using shipping tape. Cut the tape down so that there is extra coming off the plate.

Hello Everyone,

For our second post of the week. We have a tie dye canvas idea. My phone died so I didn't get to make a video.

Materials:
Canvas Bag
Stencils
Paint Markers
Paper Towel
Tie Dye
Painters tape
Plastic divider

Step 1: place the plastic divider in the bag to prevent it bleeding into the back.
Step 2: tape down the stencil and trace the picture with pen markers.
Step 3: sq**rt the tie dye across the bag.
Step 4: Using a damn paper towel swirl the tie and make a design across the bag.
Step 5: let sit dry overnight.

Hello Everyone,

I wanted to jump on here and re introduce myself since we recently got a few more followers.

A little bit about me.....My name is Mary and I am owner of Making Memories with Mary, Mike and Maddy. I am a fulltime working married mom of 3. Outside of work, I love to relax with my dog(s) at home watching TV or movies, take vacations with my family and husband, and I also enjoy being outside hiking and swimming.

A little bit about the business.....We are a CNY based with a focus on craft kits for kids and we bring crafts to make on site at craft shows.

You can purchase directly through us, by visiting us at a craft show or by heading over to Kris Kringles Studio & Gift Shop. Kris Kringle has all of our 2025 kits and I have all 2026 kits!

We also offer custom craft kits and can make party gift bags.

I started this business about a year and half ago. I wanted to spend more time with my daughter and husband.We don't always get along but when we do we have lots of fun. LOL. We truly enjoying crafting with you all.
