SPACE FOR RENT IN MADEIRA - Available now!

I'm looking for a like-minded individual or individuals to share my workspace at 7809 Laurel Ave, Suites 8 & 9, Madeira, Ohio 45243. It consists of a decent sized classroom with bathroom, a middle room with cubby and doors on both sides, a hallway, break area, storage closet and second workspace consisting of two rooms. Plus, there is off street parking right outside the two suites with two entrance doors.

This could be a Medium, Psychic, Energy Worker, Counselor or ? Two people could even share it by splitting the days which would be especially good for newer practitioners or people with another job (you could split days and evenings).

I'm open and easy to get along with. My current business partner, Rose Meenach, is leaving in September to travel and work out of her home in No. Kentucky, so her Suite is available to lease. She's open to sub-lease the space as soon as possible if someone would like to start earlier.

The landlord is good about maintaining the parking lot, shrubs and any heating/air conditioning/water issues - all included in the rent.
