There’s a lot more that goes into a balloon setup than just picking a few colors and putting balloons together.
I spend time choosing shades that work well together, mixing different balloon sizes, creating the right shape and balance, and thinking about how the finished setup will actually look in your space.
Even when two clients choose similar colors, their setups don’t have to look the same. Every design is created around the event, the space, and the vision we come up with together.
It really is all in the details, and that’s one of my favorite parts of being a balloon artist. 🎈

A few things to know before booking balloons with me!
Every event and every space is different. Your venue, setup area, colors, inspiration, and even whether your event is indoors or outdoors can all play a part in the final design.
Inspiration pictures are always welcome. They help me understand the look you’re going for, but I’ll create something specifically for your event rather than simply copying someone else’s work.
And you definitely don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out. Whether you have an entire theme planned or you just know the colors you like, we can work from there. Big event, small event, simple or over-the-top — we can create something that works for you.
The earlier you reach out, the more time we have to plan and make your vision come together.

Balloon artist confessions…
There are a few things I’ve realized I’ll probably never stop doing as a balloon artist.
I can’t see a cute color combination without immediately wondering what it would look like in balloons. I’ll buy more balloons even though I definitely already have enough. I’m way too picky about finding the exact shade I’m looking for, and on setup days, you can pretty much guarantee my car is completely taken over.
I also have way too many inspiration photos saved on my phone because I’m convinced I’ll need them someday. And yes, I will absolutely spend extra time fixing one balloon that no one else would have even noticed.
It’s funny how much goes on behind the scenes that you’d never think about as a customer, but that’s also one of my favorite parts of doing this.
Other balloon artists, please tell me I’m not the only one. 😂
