This all-in-one head, carburetor, and accessories bundle saves you time, money, and takes the guess work out of building a powerful setup for any kart or minibike. This high performance induction bundle includes the following:

Assembled and ready to run CNC PORTED and hand finished Shredder Level II cylinder head with 25% more flow than standard Shredder and upgraded valvetrain for 9,000+ RPMs.
Head flows 100CFM @ .400” lift and will take up to .450” max lift at the valve.
Precision machined port matched billet cylinder head to carburetor adapter with stainless button head hex screws, o-ring seal, and stainless hose barb.
Special thick ribbed fiber reinforced silicon rubber boot in your choice of five different colors with clamps.
High quality 28mm PWK style carburetor with jet kit included.
Large high flow cotton gauze air cleaner element with clamp.

Our Level II Shredder heads flow as much air as our competition’s 32mm head offerings but because of the smaller seat ring diameter our Level II has higher port velocity so it is better able to fill the cylinder at higher engine speeds where there is less time to fill it giving you more horsepower.

This kit does not include rocker arms, but we suggest Gage 1.35:1 ratio Black Venoms

Remember that the standard Shredder head is equivalent to the other guy’s “Stage 3” heads, and this one has upgraded hardware and flows 16cfm more than the standard Predator. The port in this head was designed over a six month period using our flow bench and extensive testing. It not advised to port this head, as it has been fully optimized for the 28.5mm valve that is in it.

If you are bolting one of these heads on any non-hemi Predator or other Rato engine you’ll need our stepped head dowel pins to adapt the 11mm holes in the block to the 10mm holes in these heads.

We are getting ready to start a new big block build next week. We had never flowed this Duromax 440 head so we decided to get some numbers. This one flowed a max of 111 CFM at .385” lift with a 35mm intake valve. Most 420/440 heads flow 110-115 stock.
