Hawk American Outdoors, was born from the owners desire to scratch a personal itch they felt no one offered. The dream began 2013 before they ultimately purchased the Cle Elum Washington building in 2016. Hawk American Outdoors official grand opening was November 9th, 2018. A single unsuppressed shot can reach 140-165 decibels, well above the threshold for permanent hearing damage. Passive muffs are a solid budget-friendly option, but electronic muffs let you hear conversation and range commands while still blocking the blast.

If you're planning a backcountry hunt this fall, May is not too early to start scouting. Quality binoculars on a stable tripod can be the difference between spotting a bull at 800 yards or walking right past him.

Pro tip: slow down your glassing. Most hunters move the glass way too fast and miss animals that are bedded and still.
