You may be wondering what this word is and how to pronounce it. It’s a Hebrew word, pronounced Ge-ula, meaning redemption. However, the meaning is much deeper than the traditional definition many of us are accustomed to hearing. Traveling along my own healing journey, it has been revealed to me that each of us has a Divine Light within that is waiting to burn brightly, shine, and guide us back to

our True Identity. Whether you know this Light as God, Spirit, Universe, YHWH, or Hashem, this Divine Light also desires to heal us and restore us. It desires to bring us to our full potential, to heal the ancient wounds of the past, and to restore Life as it was intended. Trained in yoga in the Anusara style, life coaching from the Redemption School of Coaching, women’s circle facilitation from Sistership Circle, and self-mastery training, currently, with the Elevation Project, I have learned and am continually learning skills and techniques to create and hold space for others to heal and find the answers to their life questions. This is probably the most important quote when it comes to trauma and emotional healing. We all have things in our lives where we do and say things for an unconscious reasons. It is the state of it being unconscious that prevents us from elevating to the next level in our existence and within our soul. Yet, even the desire to want better without knowing why is the very level of awareness that lends to this healing. Having a life coach to help you discover what lies beneath the patterns and beliefs can mean the difference between staying where you are and finding new life and living it.

On the road to personal healing, this lesson can be so pivotal. Once you realize your worth and how you allowed certain things inside your space, you will wonder how that ever was. Your boundaries will be defined and you will, as the post says, never tolerate those things again.

When we are on our journey to becoming into our greatness, it's nice to have some reminders about where we were once upon a time and where we now. Though, testing to see if where we are now is in the direction of who we really want to be.

If you've been following me long enough, you might remember an online summit I created back in September 2020. It was called "Hopeless to Happy." I just learned today that one of my beloved speakers, Lucia Capacchione, took her own life at the end of November in 2022. I am devastated by this news. I remember being extremely excited to have her as a guest, since I had owned one of her books since the 90s. We had a lovely conversation about the power of the non-dominant hand in healing the inner child. In memory of her, I am releasing our interview for public view in hopes that her expertise will help someone else in the future.
