A cake was posted on Facebook by a bakery in Mississippi. I kept seeing it on my timeline. 2 people sent me the pic via text. I just decided to create a version of it, which means adding a little pizzazz for one of the people that wanted it.

Biscoff Cheesecake Egg Rolls are absolutely delicious. I saw a video of someone who tried them in Louisiana at Roul's Deli. After that, I started seeing more videos and I thought, I want to try them. So, I tried them! 😁 Keep in mind, I had never had a Biscoff cookie.🤷🏾‍♀️ I know people who love them, however.

I like to fly Delta whenever I can, and people would be waiting for those cookies. I just never tried them. I was happy with my Sun Chips. I just tried them a few days ago. They're ok, but that Biscoff Cookie Butter though, is AMAZING!!

Anyway, back to the eggrolls. The filling is cheesecake, crushed Biscoff cookies and the melted cookie butter. Very tasty.

I will be doing strawberry cheesecake next.
Happy that I came across those videos for inspiration.
