Well, at the end of the day I'm a mother and a girlfriend, a manager in the corporate rat race, a lover of classic monster movies and comic books, of music, TV and movies. I'm a sucker for pop culture. I'm an artist. As my boyfriend put it, oh so eloquently, one day, "Baby, you're a mess!"
I have my own style and a point of view. I live my life as authentic to that point of view as possible. I think I'm unique but I know, and I enjoy the fact, that there are people out there into all the same things as me. I like making connections like that and seeing someone who loves Buffy and also happens to love the Sandman and the Horrorpops and some good art. I have a ton of ideas and I know that if I like it there's got to be someone else out there who probably would, too. I'm passionate and prolific. Since there aren't a lot of immediate outlets for people like us I want to share what I do - one-of-a-kind designs and an eclectic mix of items/thoughts that represent my style and my interests. I like the idea of contributing to someone's own sense of style, adding to their jewelry or book or art collection something I made or something I recommended. I want to bring a smile to someone's face or provide an opportunity for them to geek out. I want to inspire people to check out something new, wear something out of the ordinary or take a moment just to think and appreciate the world along the way. I've grown and changed - developed skills and interests, lost others in the process. Every day can be something new - every day can be a little everything.
