☀️Whipped cultured butter, bee pollen, flaky salt, dried lavender — baked fresh at Flour & Flower.

II Strawberries, Summer Peas
☀️Burrata, red veined sorrel, basil blossom oil, elderflower vinaigrette, sunflower seed crunch, nasturtium

III Charred Spring Onion Veloute
☀️Thyme oil, foraged crispy nettles, crème fraiche, edible borage blossoms, ramp leaf oil — grilled sourdough alongside

IV Wood-Fired Lamb Shank
