These balsamic carrots over Boursin are going on repeat this fall. Drizzle the carrots with olive oil and balsamic glaze, then roast until tender. Spread Boursin in a dish, nestle the warm carrots on top, and finish with a little more glaze. Easy enough for dinner and pretty enough for the holiday table.
