🥩✨ SUET → TALLOW!
A little behind-the-scenes kitchen magic! We start with fresh beef suet, chop it up, and slowly render it down on low heat. As it melts, we strain out all the little bits and impurities, leaving us with clean, creamy beef tallow.
Once it cools, it turns into this beautiful white, silky fat that can be used for cooking, frying, baking, soap, candles, and more!
Nothing wasted, and something useful made from a part of the animal that often gets overlooked 💃

🐮 suet from Johnson Farms they take orders for 1/4, 1/2, & whole freezer beef too. Support a local farmer and keep your money in your community 🤌
