Heyy Y’all!!!
The shop is starting back up!! I will have a BUNCH of new designs coming(stickers, cups, keychains, and even T-SHIRTS)! To start off the new year (a little late I know lol), I am putting a bunch of the old stickers, ornaments, and some other things on sale in my shop for 10% off!!! I’m calling it the Early Spring Cleaning Sale!! From TODAY until Tuesday, February 1st select items will be on sale in my shop!! Grab them before they are gone!!!

BOUNDARIES ARE IMPORTANT

Over these past couple of months there have been instances in my personal life, school, and work where boundaries needed to be set. Boundaries are CRUCIAL for our mental stability. Saying no is okay and taking time for you is NEEDED. But, setting those boundaries can be extremely hard and even uncomfortable. Having to put your foot down can be so uncomfortable that we run from doing it when we need to the most. Even if it costs us our mental health. In todays society I feel that we are expected to do and be so much and it can be exhausting. I challenge each and everyone of you to set boundaries with yourself and others! Take time for you even when it might be uncomfortable!!!

🧡PROGRESS IN THE WAITING🧡

While on my mental health break there were times when curiosity and creativity shined through. These pins were originally stickers. They were designed for a dear friend and mentor of mine in hopes of getting students excited for Life Design! Life design is all about collaboration, being curious, reflection, taking action, and reframing! All of these steps were crucial for my reappearance as a small business owner. When I was at one of my lowest these pins were created and they sparked more joy than I can even express. What once was a little idea turned into THOUSANDS of stickers handed out to HUNDREDS of people has now been transformed into pins for THOUSANDS of people. DREAM BIG BECAUSE A SMALL IDEA CAN GO BIG IN A BLINK OF AN EYE!!!

👏🏼BOHO YELLOW IS BACK👏🏼

HELLO EVERYONE!!! It seems like forever since I’ve posted and that’s probably because it has😂(but don’t worry I am going to explain). I’m going to be as honest as I can because that’s what each of you deserve; life is HARD! There are going to be times in your life when something or a lot of things just get to be TOO much. Creating and producing is something I have so much passion for but when I started college again this year that passion got shadowed by my anxiety. I constantly questioned: what if I get overwhelmed? What if my hard work isn’t enough? What if I’m not doing enough? But then after MUCH consideration I have decided that those questions and concerns cannot run my life! Creating is what I love and I’m ready to create more!!

HERE IS WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
1. I will not be posting everyday.
It became too demanding and I was putting out content just to put it out.

2. I will be posting around 3 times a week!
That could be in the form of a reel, a post, or a story. ( I am giving myself grace!)

3. I am extending my processing times.
Allowing myself even more grace!

4. I will be releasing one new product a month.

I am so incredibly happy to be back and I can’t wait to catch up with all of you!! ETSY SHOP IS OPEN!!!

* SHOP & LIFE UPDATE *
I have been putting off this post for a very long time and part of the reason I think I have been putting it off is because I wasn’t totally sure how I wanted to get my point across or how to say the things that I want to say but here it is:

My page is all about mental health awareness, positivity, and happiness. I made a promise to myself when I started this business that if it became too much or I wasn’t at my best that i would step aside and take a break. My absence on Instagram has had many of you reaching out with kind words and concerns which i am extremely grateful for. During this break it wasn’t until Simone Biles stepped away from the Tokyo Olympics that I realize what I needed to do. She is someone who a lot of us look up to. Simone had the entire world looking at her. Which is a lot of weight to carry. She could’ve continued on in the Olympics with her mental health at its lowest but she didn’t! She stopped, she reflected, and she put her mental health first. After I saw and thought about the courage and strength that this decision would take it hit me that not even getting gold is worth your mental health! Her strength motivated me to make a tough decision of my own. While my situation is no where near as close to hers she inspired me. With all that being said I have decided to take a break from Instagram and from my shop for a little. As of this Friday I will be closing my shop for two weeks. For any of you that are questioning if your mental health is worth it let this be your sign to take a break and step away from social media!

This is a teachers favorite time of year!! I am about to go into my second year of college studying special education and August is my FAVORITE TIME!! Why? SCHOOL SUPPLIES!!! Anyone else have this obsession as well?!?! Pens, planners, paper, paper clips you name it I LOVE IT!!

I believe that everyone can always better themselves! With that being said I am always looking for ways to improve whether that be through my health, business, attitude, or overall being. Taking time to write out my strengths and weaknesses helps a TON!! I have also asked friends and close family what they think is something I could improve upon! Everyone works for self improvement in different ways!!
