Love sharing sewing with others. 🧵💛

I had such a great time at today’s sewing class! Everyone learned new skills and walked away with two finished projects – a drawstring bag and a keyring. There was lots of concentration, a few laughs, and that lovely moment when it all “clicks.” Best part? Everyone went home happy, proud of what they made, and with written instructions so they can recreate them on their own. So fun watching confidence grow stitch by stitch!

I upcycled 2 sweatshirts, 2 shirts and some old jeans into 2 bags this weekend.
I used up some scraps to make the inside of one of the bags. I rather like it! What do you think?

I love taking something forgotten and giving it a whole new life… especially when it ends up being worn with a big smile. 💙

Stepping way out of my comfort zone today… and I’m SO glad I did!
🪡✨ I thrifted two sweatshirts that didn’t quite fit and decided to take a risk and join them together into one brand-new piece. I had no idea how it would turn out, but I’m honestly obsessed with the result! Sometimes the best things come from a little creativity and a little courage. What do you think?
