Fixing Knitting Mistakes with Rhonda
Saturday, October 10, 2:00pm to 4:00pm

Learning to knit is exciting and rewarding, but mistakes can be a little stressful at first! In this class, we'll address common beginner mistakes, and teach students how to confidently fix these mistakes on their own.

In this class students will learn how to:

-Pick up dropped stitches in both garter stitch and stockinette stitch.
-Change knits to purls and vise versa.
-Rip back several rows and get the stitches back on your needles, and how to add a lifeline.
-Identify and fix twisted stitches.
-Tighten loose stitches.

Skill Level: Advanced Beginner

Fridays, September 18 & 25 & October 2, 6:00pm to 8:00pm

Learn to knit in the round in this classic cuffed beanie class! Knitting 102 is a great follow up to Knitting 101, as students will continue to increase their skills while learning new techniques.
In this class students will learn:

knitting in the round
how to change needle sizes
how to decrease stitches
Magic Loop or Double Pointed Needles technique for small circumference knitting
Please note that there will be some homework between classes, and students must have taken Knitting 101 or have equivalent experience.

Class Level: Advanced Beginner

There are still a few spots open in ' Quilted Table Runner class this weekend! This class is a great, easy way to work on your quilting skills, and you'll take home a beautiful piece you made you can display in your house.

Learn some quilting basics by sewing your own quilted table runner! This class will take you through the steps of creating a quilted piece, and you’ll leave with a finished project you can proudly display at home.
