As I continue to create a product line that is inclusive to all, I find new recipes to embrace multiple hair types and needs. This hair serum is designed with those coily, kinky curl grades in mind. My hair curl grade falls between 3A & 3B, and I have tested this product with women of various curl grades - they have all loved this hair serum!!
Curl grades??? What the heck are those, you may ask? The “curl rating system” categorizes hair texture into four main types (1-straight, 2-wavy, 3-curly, 4-coily), with subtypes (A, B, C) for increasing curl tightness within each type, and is used to identify a person’s natural hair pattern to guide their hair care routine. This system helps in selecting appropriate products and techniques for moisture, definition, and overall hair health.
This handcrafted serum is designed to support hair health and strength, and provide an overall nurturing effect, particularly for curly/coily hair types which often require extra care due to its unique texture and structure.
But why would you choose an all-natural hair serum over those commercial brands? As you may already know, what we put ON our bodies is just as important as what we put IN them! And yes, that includes our hair and scalp too! Commercial hair serums are known to contain certain products which may be harmful to your gorgeous curls. My hair serum is made from scratch in my own kitchen, using responsibly sourced products: Castor Oil, Jojoba Oil, Aloe Vera Gel, Lavender, Peppermint & Rosemary essential oils.

Directions for use: Shake generously. Apply a small amount of serum directly onto your entire scalp, distributing evenly. Gently massage the serum into your scalp for several minutes. Best application is overnight, but leave it in for at least 2 hours before washing your hair. You can apply the serum 2-3 times a week,
or as needed.
