I don’t even know what to say about this one. 🥹

We’ve received a lot of incredible reviews over the years, but this one hit differently. When this dad called us, he wasn’t asking for anything. He was actually calling to cancel because an unexpected truck repair had put him in a tough spot financially. His little boy’s birthday was coming up, and he simply couldn’t swing the remaining balance.

We had a choice. And sometimes, being a small business means you get to make the choice that feels human instead of transactional.

So that little boy got his bounce house. ❤️

We didn’t do it for recognition or a review. In fact, this review came from someone who heard about what happened…which somehow makes it mean even more.

Conroe Splash Co. has grown because this community has supported us, trusted us with your kids’ birthdays, recommended us to your friends, and brought us back year after year. When we get an opportunity to give a little of that love back, we will.

This may genuinely be my favorite review we’ve ever received.

POV: A Texas pop-up storm decides to join the party. ⛈️😂

22 feet of wet waterslide + sudden storm = NOT something we’re wrestling by hand.

Portable winch ➡️ staked into the ground ➡️ problem solved. 💪

And then there’s Owen popping out from behind the slide like he personally engineered the entire operation…

When he’s not out here hauling waterslides and surviving Texas summer weekends with us, apparently he’s out there winning No-Gi Jiu Jitsu competitions. 😂💪 We already knew we had a beast on the CSC crew… now he’s got the medal to prove it. 😎
