So here is our menu for Thursday, 10/8, this week. Its a popular one!!!

We smoke some of our chicken breasts with a nice house rub, top it with sauteed onions, bell peppers, add on some BBQ sauce and finish it with shredded Monterey Jack & cheddar cheese, green onions, and diced tomatoes!!!
