As promised, #2 is done just in time for the peak of the coho run. Stryker Rods & Blanks SM795 with Alps hardware, Forecast grips, and some Air Carbon Mesh (AMC) on the guides. Only my second ACM guide wrapped rod so going to put this through the wringer to see how it holds up.

Found myself at Buoy 10 last year with coho rolling everywhere and no twitching jig rod. Never again! And because redundancy is good in fishing #2 coming real soon. Stryker Rods & Blanks SM795 with Alps hardware, Forecast grips, and some Air Carbon Mesh to make the label pop. Tossed all my wrapping tricks at this one.

NFC LMX Xray SA 925-2 with classic cork and reel seat. Alps hardware per usual. This is going to a good friend who loves trolling straight up naked anchovy at B10. She’s a purist and I respect it. She’ll tell you where you can stick your flasher and rest assured it’s somewhere where the lack of sun light will negate the benefits of a flasher. Sockeye is her spirit animal hence the palette. She reps France hard and wiggles fillet knives even harder.
