Which means I am officially allowed to make spooky season my entire personality for the next 29 days.

I don’t make the rules. 😂👻

Over here at Raising Grace, we’ve got Halloween tees, cute kids clothes, school spirit, sports stuff, and me already looking at Christmas inventory while simultaneously telling myself…

** FOCUS. IT IS OCTOBER.** 🤦🏼‍♀️😂🎄

So this weekend’s agenda is basically:

🎃 Enjoy spooky season
🛍️ Do a little shopping
👕 Make some shirts
⚽️🥎 Probably end up at a field somewhere
☕ Survive entirely on caffeine
🎄 Absolutely DO NOT start thinking about Christmas

…that last one isn’t looking promising. 😂

🎃🚨 ATTENTION: IT IS OFFICIALLY OCTOBER 🚨🎃

Which means I can finally behave exactly the same way I’ve been behaving since August… but now it’s socially acceptable. 😂💀

Spooky shirts? Appropriate.
Skeletons? Appropriate.
Buying things because “it’s fall”? Appropriate.

Halloween decorations multiplying overnight? NONE OF MY BUSINESS.

And if anyone needs me, I’ll be over here running a boutique, making questionable financial decisions involving cute inventory, drinking something fall-ish, and pretending October has 97 days so I can accomplish everything I have planned. 🫠😂

My current personality appears to be DTF transfers, caffeine, and absolutely ZERO inventory self-control.

We’ve got a little school spirit ❤️🖤
a little fall 🤎🍂
a little spooky 💀🎃
a little pink Jesus because obviously 🩷
…and apparently whatever else my brain decided we needed today. 😂

Some are headed to the shop, some are orders, and some are the direct result of me saying:

“Ooooooh, that would be cute on a shirt.”

Which is becoming a financially dangerous sentence around here. 💀😂

Apparently September is almost over…
which means October is standing outside the door like:
“MOVE. IT’S MY TURN.” 🎃😂
And honestly? I’m ready.
Give me all the spooky shirts, fall outfits, cooler weather that Texas will probably refuse to participate in, and the completely reasonable urge to buy everything just because there’s a pumpkin on it. 🤦🏼‍♀️😂
Over here at Raising Grace, I’m working on fall + Halloween goodies, keeping the shop stocked, making tees, and trying not to get distracted by Christmas inventory already staring me in the face. 👀🎄
Because apparently running a boutique means you're always living approximately two holidays ahead of everyone else. 😂
So I need to know…

The day of rest.

Which is adorable in theory. 😂

Because somehow my version of “rest” includes church, kids, laundry, figuring out what everyone is eating, checking boutique stuff “really quick,” thinking about the 47 things I need to do this week, and probably adding something completely unnecessary to my inventory cart. 🤦🏼‍♀️

But today I’m reminding myself that not everything has to get done right now.

Some things can wait.
Some things will work themselves out.
And some things just need a little faith, a little grace, and probably another cup of coffee. 😂💕

So here’s to a slower Sunday before another beautifully chaotic week begins.

No internet = can’t do half the things I should be doing…

So naturally I’m over here making more goodies instead. 🔥✂️

Honestly, taking away my internet and leaving me alone with a heat press and blank T-shirts feels financially irresponsible.
