Here we are planning the Challah boards to give them a smooth finish. And to take off all excess glue that seeped up.

These are one of many steps that the Challah cutting boards go through. This is the stage where all the rough cut lumber has been thoroughly planned and cut into the right size strips From there we glue and clamp them together. There are three different boards being held together on these clamps. 

This is also new for us. It is a mezuzah made from Black Walnut. Still needs a little more sanding and a final finish ...

This is also a new mezuzah we are working on. This is made from flamboyant ambrosia. It is a form of maple. Truly beautiful piece. Once it is sanded some more and the final finish goes on to bring out its natural colors these will be amazing.

Working on some new Mezuzahs. Trying new woods that normally do not get used. This is Monkey Pod wood. These pieces came from the same slab. And look how different they are. That’s the beauty of working with different pieces. You always get different outcomes.

These still need to be sanded (a few times by hand) and then go through a staining process and have the shin placed on the front.

We should have these available soon. They will be priced at $40 each. Please remember that each Mezuzah sold that we donate the profits to various organizations such as the Florida Holocaust museum and other organizations whose work is vital to so many.
