We’re city folk, Downtown Dallas is where we met, fell in love, started our family and our business - but - nature keeps us grounded. Our little indoor greenhouse is our family’s connection to God’s bounty and caring for what we put inside our bodies… one of my favorite things is pruning my herbs, which I dry out for tea or cooking and sometimes I wash and trim the herbs to have them ready for fresh meals, to use for flavor or garish. Let me know your favorite thing to use fresh herbs for!
