I just had to share this capture of last night’s sunset! An absolutely breathtaking sunset to capture and watch. Some say I am such a dreamer, well…yes I am! I am also a lover of nature and all that it holds. The flowers, the sounds, the scents, the creatures(although some are not so much a favorite). Altogether, nature provides us all a wonderful opportunity to find a quiet place to get away, and dream, if only for a few minutes. As the seasons begin to change I encourage you to make a plan to enjoy nature’s beautiful display of colors, sights, and sounds. You will not regret taking this time for you to rest,relax, refresh, and renew your mind-body-and spirit, and dream! Why not start today? Grab your calendar and set aside a day and defined time for you to invest in YOU. Write it in ink so that it is non-negotiable to change (unplanned emergencies can only change it).

Good morning friends and HAPPY Fri-YAY!! It is hard to believe that another week is coming to an end! For me it has been a week of networking, as well as planning and preparing the premiere of the Fall Bundles. I am so happy at how cozy and warm they are going to be. Please stay tuned as I plan to do a video reveal sometime next week.
Also coming up is the first live journaling time with the Cottage Curations Community Garden group. If you haven’t joined yet and are interested, search for the group on FB, request to join, and then you are all set. I will be announcing the date, time, and supplies you will need to have prepared and ready.

As I began my day today, leaving the house to run errands, it was raining in my area. I stopped to listen to the rain, falling up on this beautiful elephant ear plant that’s next to my porch. As I stood and listened to the rain not only was it relaxing and refreshing, but the thought came to my mind that that’s just the way life is sometimes, or for me a lot of the time. You see when my cup gets empty and I can see the bottom clearly something will happen to refill my cup to overflowing so that I can keep on going and overflow into the lives of others. I am so grateful for those opportunities. It’s not always fun when the cup gets low to empty but the times of refreshing are just that they are refreshing and they are worth sharing and they are worth pouring out. Enjoy the site. Enjoy the sound and my hope is that you have had a time of refreshing today. If not yet, find a quiet place and allow your cup to be refilled and overflowing.
