Wow bro talking about some shady property managment people here in Forney. What ever you do stay away from Kile Properties. I simply asked for copys of my background check after i had been denied on an application to rent a home. I wasnt even arguing the decision i just wanted copys. I paid them 90.00 in app fees. I dont know about you but usually when you catch someone in the wrong thats how they act defensive. These shady management companys are not supposed to use the non refundable app fees as income. Its supposed to be for gathering everything for the app. This shady m**o denied me before getting all that and wants to keep the fee tax free. Kile properties forney texas stay away.
