As I begin my next creation, I start by finding that one focal piece that piques my creativity and inspires the entire design.

For this one, with fall and the holidays coming, I found this “Grateful” door hanger. The beautiful fall colors, florals, and greenery give me inspiration for the ribbons and other elements I’ll use to bring the whole design together and bring your front door to life.

As I’m laying everything out on my worktable and deciding what will go into the design, I’m thinking about the family and friends who will soon be coming through that front door.

As you and your family gather for the holiday to enjoy a wonderful meal and conversation around the table, it’s also a time to remember the family and friends who are near and far and the memories you’ve shared together.

I want your front door to be the first little reminder to everyone who arrives: You’re welcome here. Come in and make yourself at home.

🌿 Hello! I'm Vicky!

I'm the owner and designer behind MGB Designs, Decor and More, LLC, and I thought it was time to introduce myself.

I have a passion for creating handmade wreaths, door hangers, paper craft albums, and seasonal home décor that help make a house feel warm and welcoming.

One of my favorite things is imagining someone pulling into their driveway, seeing one of my creations on their front door, and smiling.

That's why I create.

Like many small business owners, my journey has had its ups and downs, but I'm excited to be creating again and sharing more of what I love.
