This mistake is costing you.

Lots of new faces here, so I wanted to re-introduce myself.

I’m Elisa. Dallas-based wardrobe stylist, consultant, founder of Turnkey Style, and author of The Style Advantage: I Say What HR Can’t.

I work with real women (sizes 0–3X) who work, lead, raise kids, travel, and are caregivers.
My clients are not looking for high fashion, they are looking for outfits that fit, feel good, give them confidence, and help them show up polished in the middle of real life.

I also partner with leaders and companies across the U.S. to develop and update dress code policies, train teams to implement them, and run workshops on how attire ties directly to executive presence. Building authentic executive presence that actually drives ROI.
