We can't just talk about holding ourselves accountable. This past week, I was wrong...and it was refreshing to have someone call me out on my s**t.

Understanding our clients is so much more important than just selling boxes and equipment. Sometimes accountability means slowing down, listening, and admitting we got it wrong. No shame in admitting our failures at Black Level AV.

Our first event of the 2026 campaign starts tonight and we're inviting all of Rockwall County to join us and be a part of "The Magic of Christmas!"

The 2025 campaign was phenomenal! Your support helped us serve over 600 families, 1,670 children, and this year provide $15,000 in support to Rockwall Helping Hands Backpack and School Supply Distribution!

There are opportunities throughout the campaign to show up, donate new toys, volunteer and help us spread the word. Save these dates, share this post and tag our page in everything you do to support Rockwall Toys for Tots.

We'll see you tonight from 5:00 - 8:00 PM at 2850 Ridge Road, Suite 118!

Two backyards. One hell of an upgrade!

Coastal Source has been a game changer for our outdoor audio projects. But a video on your phone can only tell you so much.

We have a demo kit. We can bring it to your backyard so you can hear it in YOUR SPACE.

Want to hear what you're missing? Message us to set up a demo.

Who you work with matters. These are the things I expect from myself, too.

"Your proposal is $3, 000 more. Why?"

We often get this question and it's a fair question. You should be asking these types of questions.

But ask what's different, too. The scope. The installation. Who's responsible when something doesn't work. Who answers the damn phone six months later?

A high price deserves an explaination, a lower price, deserves a closer look. If the other proposal gives you everything you need and saves you money, we get it. Just make sure you know what you're buying before you decide.

We are proud to announce The Wegmann Team - New American Funding as the Presenting Sponsor of our 2026 Toys for Tots campaign!

Rick and Courtney's support of our mission began long before this sponsorship. In 2024, Rick volunteered his time and photography services to take photos of local children with Santa. Their support continued into 2025, and this year, Rick and Courtney expanded that commitment by stepping forward as our Presenting Sponsor.

Rick and Courtney work together as licensed loan originators, helping families and investors navigate the home financing process. Their investment in Rockwall County extends well beyond their business and helps us serve local children and families through our partnership with Helping Hands of Rockwall.

Please help us thank Rick and Courtney for their incredible continued support, which helps us bring "The Magic of Christmas" to so many children and families in Rockwall County every year!

We don't add manufacturers just to expand our catalog. We add them because they have earned a place in it.

That's exactly why we've partnered with Coastal Source.

We don't expect anyone to invest in premium outdoor audio from a brochure or a showroom. We want you to hear it where you'll actually use it...your own backyard.

Let us bring the experience to you. In your environment.

Private demos are now available by appointment.

Call our office at (972) 945-9881 to schedule your Outdoor Audio Experience.

Join us and our friends at the Heath Police and Fire Association on September 18th as we gather to honor the mighty Shankapotomus...

A rare creature known for launching golf balls into neighboring fairways, water hazards, and occasionally another zip code.

Come support our local first responders, have a few laughs, and if you hear someone yell "FORE!"...just assume it was one of us.
