On this special day, we come together with family, friends, and community. not just for barbecues or to celebrate the start of summer. We come together to honor, remember, and thank the heroes who woke up every morning, put on their uniforms, and served our country with courage and selflessness.
Today, we celebrate the freedoms we have, while also remembering that those freedoms are not free. They came at the cost of brave men and women who tirelessly gave their lives for our country and our future. 🇺🇸
For our children who may not fully understand what Memorial Day truly means, we encourage you to take a moment to read our story, Sadie Lady Honors Our Heroes, together as a family. Through Sadie’s adventure, children can learn the meaning of Memorial Day and discover ways we can honor, celebrate, and remember the men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.
