​We are live and rolling for the Dayton Art Walk until 5:00 PM, and our featured artists Cathy Loftus-Shocet and Lorna Barth have brought some incredible pieces into the shop. From stunning, textured acrylics like this vibrant sunflower to handcrafted copper wire rings and jewelry, there is so much beauty to take in.

🎉 The Countdown is On: Our Grand Opening! 📚☕

​We are so excited to officially celebrate our grand opening with you all during Labor Day weekend on Saturday, September 5th starting at 10:00 AM!

​We’ve been hard at work getting Dayton Books and Gifts ready for our community, and we have a fantastic lineup planned for opening day:
​10:00 AM: Official Ribbon Cutting Ceremony with community and Chamber members.
​10:30 AM – 11:30 AM: Meet local author Shellie McLeod, author of My Life is Magic.
​10:30 AM: A special live memoir reading by Shellie!

​🎁 Early Bird Perk: Our first 20 visitors through the door on Saturday will receive a small token of our appreciation—a cute little welcome bundle featuring bookish stickers, a keepsake bookmark, and a sample of our specialty loose-leaf tea!

​Come on by, check out the shop, grab a custom tea, and help us celebrate a new chapter on Main Street. Check out the flyer below for all the details!

We are still buzzing from our first week here at Dayton Books and Gifts! ✨📚

Beyond books and custom teas, one of our favorite things about opening the store is getting to showcase the incredible talent right here in our community. We are so proud to feature wonderful local art, handcrafted items, and unique gifts made by creative makers in our area.
