The Deland Indie Market is back and it's only 3 weeks away, December 7. Of course I'll be there, finishing up some new items for the Holiday edition. Finally finished these two boxes that have been sitting on my work bench for a while.

I received these net sanding disks from SpeTool to try out on my next project. So I made 2 identical cutting boards so I could compare their performance against the best, 3M Cubitron II. I compared the Spetool with three 3M Xtract version as they were mist similar.

Honestly there was no difference in performance between the 2 types, they removed the drum sanding marks with equal efficiency, removed dust well, lasted a long time, are are more economical.

Compared to the 3M Cubitron 775L, they do not last quite as long (the 80 grit is a beast), but they are not far behind. I will definitely be using these in the future.

With the ongoing master bathroom remodel and several other projects around the house, have not been in the shop much lately. But I did manage to finish this board that had been sitting around half done.

Buckeye Burl and Ghost Blue. Had to take a break from the bathroom to replace the privacy fence, looking much better.
