I love making jam. I have a pretty large selection I sell on my cottage menu. This is a great recipe if anyone wants to try it out I also have it available for purchase.

Blueberry-Lemon Jam
Yield: about 6 half-pints

Ingredients
4½ cups blueberries
6 tablespoons Ball Classic Pectin
5 cups sugar
1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
⅓ cup lemon juice

Directions
Crush blueberries one layer at a time. Combine crushed blueberries and Classic Pectin in a large saucepot. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.

Add sugar, stirring until dissolved. Stir in grated lemon peel and lemon juice.

Return to a rolling boil. Boil hard for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Skim foam if necessary.
Ladle hot jam into hot jars, leaving ¼-inch headspace. Adjust two-piece caps.

Process 15 minutes in a boiling-water canner.
