We call it Hybrid Engraving! First, the Plexiglass is cut, drilled and 3D engraved on the CNC machine. Then we line it up on the laser for a 2D engraving. This gives us the opportunity to create some beautiful show pieces. This is our first attempt!

When I get overwhelmed, I don’t post on social media. I put the phone down and concentrate on work and the things I need to. Sometimes the only way out, is through.

I don’t want to be overwhelmed, just whelmed.
Trying everything I can to fix that. Without going into detail, home life and shop life have been hectic. Big thanks to everyone who checked on me!

Honestly, we need a 3rd person in the shop. Building boxes and processing orders. Pony and I are stretched thin. I wish you guys knew how much work we put in on the daily. Everyday we are racing the clock to get as many custom orders shipped as possible. We do installs, box builds, retail and consultation, CNC and laser fabrication as well as everything it takes to run any other business. I’m not complaining, just venting. I’m very grateful for the work we have and the fact that it keeps coming. And for my amazing clients who treat me like a person.

Anyway, here’s a 4 15” sub box for 4 Sundown Audio X 15s going in a GMC Yukon XL (Suburban).
30.7 cubic feet gross, 16 cubic feet net, tuned at 32 hertz!

This is a 2 12” sub box made of 13 layer Baltic birch with side firing slot port! It also has the biggest plexiglass window I could fit with a custom laser engraving. The plexiglass speaker wire terminal looks great and the wires will be all dressed up when it’s installed!

This side firing ported sub box is made of 13 layer Baltic birch and is tuned at 35 hertz! The Plexiglass window was engraved with our new large format CO2 laser! We go up, we don’t stop! This single 15 inch subwoofer box is made of 13 layer Baltic birch with a chestnut stain. It also includes the biggest piece of plexiglass I could fit with the Louis Vuitton print 3-D engraved. Seed of Life engraving sits behind the subwoofer as a subtle detail. This side firing slot ported enclosure is going to sound even better than it looks! We make and ship this kind of product daily.
