Event Master 10.2 released at the end of June, and our excitement levels at MPM could not be any higher!

The fact that we can now link up to four Encore3 units is a massive improvement that allows expanded functionality with larger pixel canvases, and we love to see it! Each update keeps building on the capabilities of the Encore3 - it's only going to get better from here and we love to see it.

There are a ton of new features added by the wonderful development team at Barco , we are curious to hear what your favorite features are in 10.2? Let us know in the comments!

MPM spent the last week on this awesome gig. 16.5M pixels, two Encore3 frames, automated LED wall, and Mark Rober. Big shout out to IATSE local 16 Jullian, Ian, Gabriel, and Juan on my video crew and head rigger Patrice. Thanks for having my back all week, boys. Encore3 ran flawlessly. My new favorite trick is to stack MV3 on MV1 on a screen destination for production which leaves the bottom half of each MV for things I need to see that no one else does.

Here at Mountain Pixel Management, we bleed Barco red…for a reason. I recently had the privilege of attending the Barco Rental Partner Meeting in Duluth, GA where I was privy to the roadmap for Encore3. This is the most feature-rich most flexible pixel management platform on the market. Without violating the NDA I signed, I can tell you that the software and hardware innovations the Barco folks already have in beta, will absolutely eclipse the competition. If you’re wondering which direction to go for 4K screen management, I promise you will be disappointed if you choose anything but Barco. If you need to rent instead of buy, MPM has you covered.
