🚨 WE NEED YOU ON THE WATER 🚨

We're looking for Water Safety Volunteers for RipRoar Championships on Saturday, August 15th at Tera Lake Park in Johnston, Iowa.

Our Water Safety Volunteers are there to encourage, reassure, and support young athletes as they take on one of the biggest challenges of their day. This includes people in the water with guard tubes and stationed in kayaks and/or paddleboards around the perimeter of the swim.

Youth sports are supposed to be fun ‼️

Somewhere along the way, we’ve convinced ourselves that youth sports have to be serious to be meaningful.

RipRoar is built on the belief that the lessons matter as much as the results. And that if kids fall in love with the sport, those lessons have a chance to last a lifetime.

That’s why we’re building races with water slide starts, lazy river swims, and wild finish line celebrations. Because the future of our sport is shaped by thousands of kids discovering they love doing hard things.
