With the plumbing saga yesterday I have to mention BJ! (I can’t remember his last name and I’m gonna razz him a little!)

He called yesterday morning to ask if we had gotten our leak fixed. I advised we had not. Then he asks “Where’s the flower shop?” I told him and he said I’ll be there in a minute. He rolls up, I walk outside and introduce myself and go to shake his hand, no he’s a hugger! lol 🤗🤗 Then I asked him “How long have you lived here?” He responded “My whole life, over off Larkspur, went to the donut shop every morning in high school! I never knew there was a flower shop here!” And then he proceeds to try to call a friend he knew in plumbing to try to come help us! Such a nice young man! And I appreciated his effort!💙

Crazy thing is, we hear the “We had no idea there was a flower shop here “ thing OFTEN! At least a couple of times a month!

And it’s not just newcomers! It’s people who have lived in this community for YEARS! The shop has been here for a little over 33 years now! We advertise in all the local schools, I advertise and promote on Facebook and I’m trying to get into TikTok a little more.

But do yall not look around when you drive? 🤣🤣
Do we need a neon sign? I tell people often we can only hang so much stuff on this building to draw attention to it! (Yes I’m working on getting our big sign on the building redone 🫣 it didn’t hold up well sadly) Ive made jokes about standing by the road in inflatable costumes! 😅. What draws your eyes when driving???

Last year i spoke with quite a few folks who make a handful of mums a year and expressed their interest for purchasing full rolls of satin ribbon. (Cheaper than by the yard for sure!) If you are interested in full rolls please send me a message. They will need to be paid for in advance. I will be ordering satin after 4th of July.

Hey everyone it seems I need a LOCAL plumber here at the Flower shop in Diana Tx for what we think is a leaking ball valve. If someone could look at this picture and give me a call I would appreciate it. Need to try to get it fixed today for sure. Call 903-663-6811 and ask for Sandy please.
