The Wyldeflour Pizza Bus Project is coming along swimmingly! Monday most of my kitchen equipment arrived, so I got that all loaded onto the bus (with the help of the Wyldeflour Truck’s Liftgate)

Tuesday some more equipment arrived and I started mapping out the electrical with Joshua Ray Thomas,

Wednesday Josh got started wiring while my new welder friend got an idea of what I was envisioning for the back rack, then yesterday night the rack was started and wiring was completed! All of the refrigeration and AC will all work at the same time, so we are good to go.

Now this morning the welder is finishing up the generator rack and then he will tackle the hellacious exhaust leak, then I’ll get the two Gozney Dome XL Gen II Wood Burning Ovens Properly installed and ready to go!

Last but not least will be plumbing the sinks and holding tanks 🤙

Hey y’all, forgot to post schedules this week.. 👀

We had a great time today at TN Voices serving their private event.

Fri 9/25 : Musician’s Corner 5-9 Centennial Park

Sat 9/26: 2 Private Events! 🤯

Sun 9/27: Cheekwood 9-3 into Wooten Woods for Dinner

Basically the only public events we have this weekend are tomorrow at musicians corner and Cheekwood on Sunday from 9-3, it’s a busy, crazy weekend! We are hard at work getting our second Wyldeflour unit on the road. It’s an exciting week with a million and ten moving parts and tons of new players involved.
