We sold through our first order of Choosing You in less than a week, so we already had to get more.

This is a 52-week couples devotional designed to actually be worked through together, and I think thatā€™s part of what makes it interesting. Each week includes a devotional, Scripture, questions to talk through, practical ideas, guided prayer and room to write.

Reaction waits for somebody else to move.

For the thank you.
For the encouragement.
For the result.
For some sign that the effort was worth it.

But response is different.

Response is whatā€™s already been set in motion by grace.

In other words, Iā€™m not waiting on somebody else to notice before I decide whether to keep showing up faithfully.

God has already given me more than I could ever earn, and that grace becomes the reason I keep going.

I can be grateful when recognition comes without needing recognition to decide whether the work is worth doing.

Thatā€™s the part Iā€™m still learning. ā¤ļø
