You- If you love talking and meeting new people and you have never met a stranger, awesome. You will be answering questions about career opportunities for Home Service Contractors. HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical etc.
You again- You will need to sound friendly and fabulous on the phone. Computer skills are important to keep us all on the same page. Self managing and self motivating because you are just awesome at it. We are a team, so attention to detail is important and organized because it makes it nice for you and everyone else on the team. Know how to use your brain; a quick thinker too is even better. Reliable because you have our back and we will have yours. Kind and Honest- pretty much self explanatory.
What You will Do- Think American Idol, The Voice, America’s Got Talent all rolled into one. Even more important than any of those, you will be a “Talent Finder” Rapid Hire Pros. Yes, helping find the new Super Stars for a variety of Home Service Contractors. Helping the Talent Managers with every aspect of the talent process. Field calls, texts & emails because that’s how we communicate with new talent. Pre-Screen or Audition the talent before they go to Round 2 to the hiring manager interview/audition. Work as a Team like Simon, Howie and Heidi do but you know with the Rapid Hire Talent Search Team. Make sure we have a steady flow of talent and keep track of stats & reports. We have awesome tools that make this fun. Embrace opportunities for growth and expansion by learning and growing with the position.

Local Company: 2 Work from Home Positions Available:

We are a lead generation team that talks to drivers about their driving employment history to qualify them for a possible position with various companies. They filled out a small lead form for open driving positions and we are notified. Then we call them and verify qualifications and take their information.

We are currently looking to fill 2 positions:

1. Weekend position Saturday & Sunday 12-5pm EST. You can also add 2 nights per week Tues & Thurs 6pm-9pm EST or CST

2. Full-time Monday through Friday 9-5pm EST.

We are looking for people who are friendly and can engage well with potential drivers. The biggest thing is consistency, friendliness and someone who wants to grow within the company. We will train.

You will need a computer and internet connection.

Bilingual in Spanish a Plus

Our team is great and the company is growing quickly!

Starting pay is $15 to $18 an hour depending on skill set.
