Yuck! A customer of ours thought he became a dairy farmer when he went to start up this pressure washer.
What you're seeing here is water contamination spewing out of the valve cover vent. This pressure washer had been sitting outside over winter and water got its way into the crankcase.
After draining the oil, refilling with new, running it, and checking for further contamination, he was all set.
While we were there, we did a full tune up by checking the spark plug, air filter, quality of fuel, and did a quick carburetor clean just to be safe.
