I has been a long time goal of Pine River Shares to have a fiber mill in the heart of the Pine River Valley, where our native and non native fiber heritage dates back hundreds of years. Fiber animals were one of the first resources that Pine River Shares mapped. There are 1000s in the Pine and surrounding areas, all of whom share the need for somewhere to process their wool. Pine River Shares formed the Los Pinos Fiber Alliance, now the Four Corners Fiber Alliance, many years ago to further efforts to bring a fiber mill to the area and preserve the area's fiber heritage.
..Then along come the good folks at Sunny Hill Fiber Mill!
