So HOW do we work?
It's simple! We'll post items that are pre-orders or items we already have on hand.
If the item you're interested in is a pre-order item, we ask that you comment the size/color you would like & your PayPal email address for billing. If we do not come close to filling the order, we will not order. Keep in mind, pre-orders may take up to 2-3 weeks to receive some maybe longer. On pre-orders we will post projected ship dates & keep you posted.
If the item you're interested in is one we have on hand, we ask that you comment the size/color you would like & your PayPal email address for billing. IF your size/color you want is sold out, you can still comment and we will do our best to see if we can get more!
Comments can NOT be deleted. If you delete comments or comment wanting an item and fail to take care of your invoice or meet more than twice, you will be removed from the group and no longer able to shop with us. :(
Pick up or delivery?
We offer shipping or local pick-up. When picking up, we ask that you are there in a timely manner. We're very busy as well and our time is valuable to us, just as yours is to you! If you fail to show up or are considerably late 2 times, you will no longer have the "pick-up" option.
If you choose to have items shipped, there will be a $5/item fee added.
So how can you pay for all your pretty things?
You can make a payment via PayPal. Invoices will be sent and once an invoice is sent, you have 24 hours to take care of the payment.
Want to return something?
If you don't LOVE your item, we understand. You will have 7 days to make a return (if shipping back, the shipping date must be within the 7-day time frame). Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and free of smells (smoke, pets, etc.) and all tags must still be attached. You will receive store credit for your returned item(s), you will not be credited for shipping costs and will be responsible for ship back fees.
