DHEC requires a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of your piercing for all ages. If you are under the age of 18, please bring a parent or legal guardian with you to sign the release form. Parents must provide a valid government-issued photo ID for themselves, AND for their child. DHEC requires a birth certificate or an ID with the minors name and birthdate on it. We can not accept other forms of IDs or expired IDs. Sorry for any inconvenience.
