Pre-frost collection 👏🏼

Today started with a Dressed Up Pumpkin order being picked up and driven to an event down in Maryland- LOVE working with folks who tell me to ‘I’ll need 10…be free and just do your thing’!

The day is ending with the last of the houseplants and stock / mother plants being moved in for the Winter.

It never really stops when you garden in New England.

Next week will be clearing beds and planting out ranunculus and fall sown perennials. After that comes the big dahlia dig. Somewhere in there the fall bulbs will arrive and need to be planted.

Time to find my flannels.

The LAST MARKET at Goddard Park is tomorrow (10/9).

Though I am sad for it to be over, my heart is so full of gratitude to everyone who came out and bought bouquets, plants, and pumpkins!

You’ve shared another season with us and hearing all the places you were traveling to with our flowers could only be topped by all the reasons you shared as to why you were buying them. I know every vendor *thinks* they have the best customers…I KNOW I have the biggest hearted and the most loyal (seriously, you made the Friday of the crazy windy Nor’Easter my second best sales day of the season! That’s loyalty! 🥳).

Hope to see you all one more time this week. Will have bouquets and the last batch of Dressed Up Pumpkins for the 2026 season.

Happy Wednesday!

As it stands now, the nor’easter will be blowing in Friday night so I plan to be at the Goddard Park market (only three markets left before we end the 2016 season).

Hope you all come down for fresh flowers, dried Tussie Mussies, and Dressed Up Pumpkins.

Haven’t posted in a while but it doesn’t mean I haven’t been busy 🤓

Many thanks to everyone who has stopped by the tent on a Friday and purchased flowers or plants from me-you made our Summer a success 🥳

Here’s some of what I’ve been up to and, ‘YES!’ I’ll be doing Dressed Up Pumpkins and hosting the tuber dividing workshop again this year. September has snuck up on me but I am catching up!
