When you special order yarn for a custom order. Just to find out later that it is coming from overseas and now you are hoping it will clear customs quickly.
Good thing the customer doesn't need their order until Christmas 🎄

I went to, as my kids call it, "the yarn store" today. I needed 1 skein for an order. They had a large bin of clearance yarn. Problem was it was a completely tangled mess!!! I asked if I could get an additional discount on each skein I was able to untangle. They said yes!!!!! Well challenge accepted! Huge thanks to my fellow fiber loving it enthusiast for helping me untangle these 5 gorgeous skeins which I ended up getting for over 60% off!
Let me know what you would make with these??? I have a few ideas but I would love to hear yours ❤️❤️❤️

Side note: I am extremely bummed that I didn't think to take a picture of the mess in the store!

Yesterday I learned a new colorwork technique that I have never done before. Intarsia feels like managing chaos. Which I guess some would say I'm good at with 4 kids 🤣
Now that I have successfully completed a learning swatch I am excited to try it in a real project!
I'm always learning and growing my skills so I can provide my customers with the best HIGH QUALITY products ❤️
