It’s official! We took a trip to Bricks & Minifigs Corporate headquarters for the ceremonial "pinning" of the map! 📍 Seeing Eau Claire added to the nationwide Bricks & Minifigs family was such a surreal and exciting milestone.

I was lucky to have my amazing mom, Sue, right there by my side to celebrate. We are so ready to bring the magic of LEGO to the Eau Claire community. Get ready, bricks are coming! 🧱✨

Meet the Family, Part 5! 🧱 For our grand finale, it’s time to introduce the real supervisors of the Eau Claire master plan: Kyle and Theo! 🐾

🐕 Meet Theo:
Role: Chief Demolition Officer & Tail-Wagging Tornado 🌪️
Favorite Theme: Jurassic World (he loves playing the T-Rex) 🦖
Building Style: The Godzilla approach. He provides enthusiastic moral support, but one happy tail wag is enough to take down a 3,000-piece modular building! (Don't worry, we keep the LEGO safely out of his reach.)

🐈 Meet Kyle:
Role: Director of Empty Box Management & Chief Judgement Officer 📦
Favorite Theme: Architecture (so he can sit on the tallest buildings).
Building Style: Patiently watching you build for hours, silently judging your brick-snapping technique, and then immediately claiming the empty cardboard box as his new kingdom.

Meet the Family, Part 4! 🧱 It's time to introduce the real bosses of the operation: our three Master Builders in Training!

Role: Chief Play Testers 👧👧👧
Favorite Sets: The LEGO Friends Hospital, anything with trains, and absolutely anything with horses! 🏥🚂🐴
Favorite Theme: Ninjago 🥷🐉
Building Style: A chaotic but wonderful mix of building strictly by the book, and then immediately taking the minifigures on epic, cross-theme adventures.

Opening a family business means the whole family gets involved, and these three are already plotting out exactly what sets they want to track down first. They can't wait to see all the amazing creations you bring into the store!

Meet the Family, Part 3! 🧱 Everyone, meet my better half, Krista!

​Role: Co-Owner & Chief Vibes Officer ✨
Favorite Set: 71426 Piranha Plant 🪴
Favorite Theme: Lord of the Rings 💍🧝‍♀️
Building Style: The Mindful Builder. For Krista, building is all about relaxing, enjoying the process, and making sure every piece is perfectly in its place (even if that place is on top of her head 🐔).

​As co-owner, Krista is the glue that holds the master plan together. She is passionate about making Bricks & Minifigs Eau Claire a joyful, inclusive space where everyone from hardcore collectors to first-time builders feels right at home.

Meet the Family, Part 2! 🧱 Everyone, meet Dana!

Role: Owner & Resident Master Builder 👷‍♀️
Favorite Set: 6982 Explorien Starship 🚀
Favorite Themes: Trains, Marvel, and City layouts! 🏙️🚂
Building Style: An engineer with creative genius. A true mechanical engineer. If a custom build needs motorized features, complex gear systems, or flawless structural integrity, she’s the one for the job.

As the driving force behind bringing Bricks & Minifigs to Eau Claire, Dana’s favorite part of the hobby is the hands-on building process and the thrill of hunting down rare sets. She cannot wait to get the bulk tables set up in the new space so everyone can start digging for treasure!

Meet the Family! 🧱 We are so incredibly excited to finally introduce ourselves to the Chippewa Valley.

We are the crew bringing Bricks & Minifigs to Eau Claire! We’ve spent countless hours building together as a family—everything from sprawling City layouts to Botanicals and Marvel sets—and we wanted to create a space where our community can do the exact same thing.

We aren’t just opening a retail space; we’re a family of builders on a mission to bring more play, creativity, and connection to our area.

Over the next few days, we’re going to introduce the team one by one so you can get to know the faces behind the bricks. Drop a 👋 in the comments to say hi, and stay tuned tomorrow for Part 2!
