We’re hiring a full-time Event Manager at Breakpoint!
We’re looking for someone who wants to take ownership of our events and help grow the community around Breakpoint. This won’t be a position where you’re waiting around for someone to tell you what to do — we need someone who sees what needs to happen, takes initiative, and follows through.
You’ll be the main person driving our TCG events, tournaments, leagues, special events, and community involvement at our Edmond location. We want someone who can bring ideas to the table, promote events, help increase attendance, and make Breakpoint a place people want to come back to every week.
The position will also help manage our food area, including ordering, stocking, prep, cleanliness, and making sure everything is running smoothly during events.
This is a full-time position that pays $15/h + incentive pay, so there’s an opportunity to earn more as you help grow the events and community.
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has solid TCG knowledge and enjoys being part of the gaming/card community
• Is organized, dependable, and actually follows through
• Is comfortable taking the lead and making things happen
• Can promote events and come up with ideas to increase attendance
• Is willing to help wherever needed instead of saying “that’s not my job”
• Can lift up to 50 lbs
• Is available evenings and weekends
Experience running tournaments or organized play is definitely a plus.
This is an important role for us. We’re looking for someone who wants to make the position their own and become one of the main faces of the Breakpoint community.
