Well, Gingersnap has done it again. 🍑💙

I brought home some nectarines that had turned a little mealy, and Gingersnap immediately declared that they were far too good to be wasted.

For the record, they hadn’t gone bad! Their texture had just been affected by being stored incorrectly somewhere along the way.

So our favorite flour-dusted problem (solver?) marched into the kitchen, tied on her polka-dot headband, and announced that those nectarines were destined to become a crumble.

And honestly? It was a pretty brilliant idea. And a delicious one!

Sometimes all a fruit needs is a little sugar, a little crumble, and a very determined baker named Gingersnap. 🥰

I'm making fresh sourdough brioche cinnamon rolls and my Quarter Pound chocolate chip cookies, and I'm taking orders for sourdough focaccia bread for tomorrow.

Fresh Sourdough Focaccia Bread – $10 per loaf, topped with garlic, herbs, and optional cheddar or parmesan. Reserve today for tomorrow's pickup or delivery.

Quarter Pound Chocolate Chip Cookies – $4.50 each or 3 for $12. Available today after 1pm.

Brioche Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls – $5 each, individually packaged and topped with salted vanilla buttercream frosting. Available today after 4pm.

Cinnamon rolls can also be ordered without frosting.

I cannot believe the audacity of this whisk-wielding menace.

Today is MY birthday, and somehow Gingersnap has managed to make the entire thing about herself.

I walked into the bakery this morning to find:

🎂 My name crossed out on my birthday cake and replaced with “Gingersnap.”

🎁 A stack of birthday presents, addressed:
To: Gingersnap
From: Gingersnap

📝 A birthday planning board featuring such important items as:

* New shoes for Gingersnap
* Afternoon nap for Gingersnap
* Emergency cookie fund for Gingersnap

Gingersnap has stolen my birthday.

The worst part?

She doesn’t even seem sorry.

She’s currently eating MY cookies and acting like I’M the unreasonable one.
